CANCELLATION POLICY

INSTAAPRINTTM believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy, cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order, before order is dispatched or the order is taken up for the customization (in case of customized order) whichever is earliest. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants/customizers and they have initiated the process of customizing/shipping them. There is no cancellation of orders placed with same day/urgent delivery requests. No cancellation will be entertained for those products that the INSTAAPRINTTM marketing team has received on special occasions like Fathers Day, Diwali, Christmas, Valentine’s Day and all other similar occasions. These orders are related to limited offers and therefore cancellation is not possible. In case you feel that the product received is not as per the specifications provided on INSTAAPRINTTM website, you can report the same to our customer service not later than 24 hours of receiving the product.
