FOR CREDIT CARD / DEBIT CARD / NET BANKING OR PAYMENT WALLET TRANSACTIONS:
As the charge on your credit card /account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of payment only. The refund shall be made for the cost of the goods and services only and the shipping charges shall be deducted.
Shipping charge shall only be refunded where INSTAAPRINTTM has erroneously shipped you a wrong item /design or size.
FOR COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) TRANSACTIONS:
- Refunds shall only be processed via E-voucher /credit coupon.
- Cash refund shall not be processed for COD orders since cash cannot be delivered through courier;
- Customer can place a request for a reverse pick up in case reverse pick up service is available through courier services as permitted by INSTAAPRINTTM
LIMITED REFUND POLICY:
Refund shall only be allowed in case the order has:
- Genuine quality issue
- Packages lost in transit
- In case INSTAAPRINTTM discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you
- In case INSTAAPRINTTM discovers any mispricing in its online catalogue and price charged to you is higher than the actual price
- In case the customer is not happy with the purchase and has returned the item to the address mentioned, in such cases the filled return form must be included in the return shipment
No refunds shall be allowed in the following cases:
- In case of obvious/minor design or colour variation
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address
- Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by courier
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition
- In case of customized orders or special occasion orders
Note: Refunds will only be made after receiving the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
