Must-follow guidelines

Submit files in PNG or JPEG format with at least 150 DPI.
We recommend using PNG for designs with a transparent background. For other designs, we advise preparing files in JPEG instead.
Print files with sRGB color profile.
Please make sure that the final print file is submitted in sRGB format only.
Adhere to the safe print area. Follow the KLD guidelines.
To ensure the best placement of your design, use our KLD guidelines that shows the exact dimensions of the design that will be printed. Keep all important graphics or text within the safe print area to avoid missing design elements on the finished product. Our 3D preview will help you check how your design will be positioned on the framed Canvas for printing.
Remove print file template guidelines.
If you use our downloadable templates, delete the guide layers before saving your files. If you don't delete them, they'll show up on the print.
Full-Wrap Designs.
For FULL-WRAP designs, ensure artwork extends all the way to the edge of the template.

Tips for best results

Use full-bleed images
To ensure the best possible outcome, use full-bleed images with graphics that span across the entire dimension of the document.
Don’t place important details close to the edges
We advise against placing important graphics or text very close to the edges of your designs. These details can appear uneven when the canvas is being stretched over the frame.
Upload images in correct orientation
Images can be horizontally or vertically oriented. When creating a product, upload your print file in the desired orientation.
Design Recommendation
It is recommended to use / upload Graphics and Patterns, instead of using SOLID background colours in your Design.

We can't guarantee exact placement since the canvas is manually stretched over the frame. However we will ensure exact placement to the nearest best possible.
